Scam artist! Beware. This is NOT BUPA customer care. I went to the local BUPA store and they advised it was a scam and that I should block the number. Do not fall victim to who ever calls you from this number. They call you to ask you to confirm your date of birth which is a dead ringer.
Proceed with caution and spread the word so these oxygen thief’s piss off.

This number is from Bupa's Melbourne CBD Office and is the number of the outbound customer care/retention team. This is not a scam. The person will be trying to contact you if your policy is in arrears, in danger of lapse or if you are in the process of switching funds. If you do not wish to complete the privacy check over the phone with the person calling from this number, please call Bupa on 134 135 where you can be transferred to the team who is trying to contact you about your policy.

This is 100% scam !!!! Beware !!
I get the same callers 4-5 times a week, claiming to be from Bupa.
I refused to give them any personal details and i personally contacted the actual Bupa contact number on my card.

Bupa said they will never ever personally contact customers by phone.
Their ( Bupa) only correspondence will be through email or card copy mail send my home address.
This is absolutely a scam !!!
I told the scam callers, not to call back because I know they are thieves and scammers !!!
I also told them to go to hell and to stop trying to scam people !!!

Also, i google searched the address they provided me, it turn out to be a property development business- not Bupa.

So far this week...they have not called back !!!
Hope they realise now we are on to them !!!

These people are nothing but low life scammers !!!

Phones several times daily and doesn’t leave a message.

I’m not signed up to Bupa and have never been signed up to Bupa before. It’s a scam. I answered once and nothing was said. Said hello scammer and hung up. I recalled the number today after they called and it said Bupa customer service but they have called me many times this week and it’s really irritating also they’re closed today bc I looked Bupa up.

This is legitimate and Bupa, I called the regular Bupa number to confirm and it was them calling to resolve a policy issue.

Be quite careful I keep missing calls from this number - constantly & saw it on here as a con.. now however oddly suddenly $43.00 deposited by Bupa has arrived in one of my bank accounts ( that around the time of the calls starting had large sums in it) ... I am a Bupa cust - but have NEVER had a refund in decade + unless i have been expecting it, and I am not, have not used Bupa in near a year and also have NEVER used that account with them. Saw that last night, now this morning my phs running hot with calls from this number again

i received the first call this morning around about 8:27am and no message was left. i went to bupa's website only to find that their office is closed today so it's a scam and please block the number if they call or your phone should autodetect it as "suspected spam" and will give you the option to block

Very suspicious caller, will be quite and wont speak anything till the time they hear from you and there phone is on mute when they call.

It’s a scam! I cancelled my policy 3 month ago and now it’s a month this number keeps calling me non stop! Once I answered and they threatened me that if I don’t pay for my policy over the phone right now they will hire debt collector! (i have confirmation from Bupa that i am no longer a policy holder and it’s cancelled)
I told them not to call me again but they keep calling at least 5 times a day...I send it to the voicemail everytime and they never leave a message.
