automated voice spoke into my answer machine "this call is being recorded" and it hung up. I did not answer.

I answered, but didn't speak, as first, a recorded message started, then stopped as a foreign female started trying to get a response and finally hung up. It seemed very suspicious! Is that a genuine phone number?

I called back number (03) 7003 5466 reached voice mail but did not say for what comapny.
