I called back number (03) 7003 5274 it says the number I have dialed is not in service anymore.

I suspect this is a junk call from a scam call centre

Caller: Eco Alliance

Claimed they were calling from Eco Alliance, which is a genuine business and connected to this number. Scammers trading on the Victorian government's rebates for upgrading/replacing hot water systems, which they are claiming is free. It isn't.

Hung up when I answered

This number has now called me 3 days in a row.
This is the first time I have had multiple calls from one number as up until now they have been from different numbers.
I've had 47 calls since the NBN was connected.
I now longer answer my phone and they can listen to the msg telling them that !

Claimed he was from Eco Alliance and the govt was offering rebates to upgrade your hot water service for free. Seemed to good to be true. He gave me their website (exists) and phone number: 1300 74 10 10. I tried phone number, got message saying it was out of service. Don't answer any questions - clearly scammers.
