Just another one of their many numbers.

Caller: Didn't say company name

Didn't leave message. I called back and they wouldn't give company name and when asked they said many companies use this number. They were after the previse owner of the phone. I had this number for over 15 years so very old information. They wanted to know my name and I didn't share and wanted the previous owners new number and my relationship with them. I gave them know info and said if they can't tell me their company name or what it was about I would block them and I hung up and blocked the number.
Second call like this from two different numbers in the last two days.

Scammers and con artists trying to get your personal details and money. They pose as (Fake ) debt collectors who will claim that you owe them money! Ignore and block these scumbags.

They've rang my 6 year olds phone many times. The Sim was activated with the new phone. So I'm assuming it's for the previous user of his phone number.

I'm getting pretty pissed off with these calls!

Caller: She said her name was Reena

And that's all she'd tell me. She phoned asking for a relative. I neither confirmed nor denied relationship asking for more details including how they had got my number. They couldn't elaborate saying it's a "private business matter". I hung up.

I called back number (03) 6217 9896 spoke to a guy but did not say for what company.

Called them back but they refused to tell me who they were - they were demanding i identify myself using my full name DOB & address before they would identify themselves or any company they were calling from - I hung up on them without giving details.
