Caller: Supposed Energy company updating rates

Got called 4 times within ten minutes. Said sorry not interested when told who they were and hung up. On the third call, the caller threatened me with legal action, cutting my power and recording that I was apparently abusive to him then he said something in Indian and hung up. 1 minute later had them call again with a new caller. tried to say not interested and to take me off the list but he kept talking over me saying "listen to me, listen to me".

Caller: Lisa offering cheaper electricity for Business

Has been calling continuously for despite being told not interested. It is a call centre possibly in India given the background noise and the accent of the caller. She has called from a few different numbers with 02 and 03 area codes. I've been blocking the numbers but she just calls on another. Some are showing on my phone with "Warning: Potential Fraud" under the number.
