Called twice in the last 15 minutes. I called back, they don’t answer

Keeps calling, hangs up on answering machine. No call back or any message left, answering machine was the best investment to stop these annoying callers.

Caller: Green Energy Project

Calling to see if an electrician had been to replace my light globes with free LEDs under the Vic govt scheme. But I had actually declined the offer as I wanted to do my own research into the scheme before proceeding after which I decided it wasn't worth it for me.

Keeps calling and no one answered until the last time talking about “government rebate program” and about changing lightbulbs in our household
When confronted about continuously calling they kept saying they weren’t spam callers but isn’t that what they all say ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
