Tried to tell me my car was in there for a service and tried to upsell me a bunch of parts. Problem was I own a Holden and was currently driving it and I highly doubt I needed a power steering flush and a cabin filter. Pretty much standard up sells when they can’t fault anything wrong with your car.

Their service advisors need to double check with their guests that their details are correct and they should also check to see if they’re dialling the correct number when calling.
