Some sort of government scam call in English and Chinese. Bot in voicemail didn't realise it was in voicemail until 10 seconds in.

Caller: (03) 5747 1274 Scammer asks press 1 for english n 2 for chinese and its a victorian numbe (maybe spoofed) im not in victoria lol i just didnt answer
