affin bank ask for loan payment,,, s**t

I keep getting an sms from 66300 saying "RM0.00 Akaun sewa beli anda tertunggak. Sila buat bayaran dengan segera. Abaikan mesej ini jika bayaran telah dibuat. Daripada Affin Bank (03) 5623 8000" It is annoying and frustrating to receive such messages when I don't even have any accounts with the bank. Where can I report this abuse? And to take action so that we put a stop to all of this fradulent messages.
