    Told me I was under investigation and that a warrant was out for my arrest, but to press 1 to talk to a Federal Officer .... I hung up and tried to call back, but disconnects every time

    Said he was from Telstra and needed to update my firewall as they verified that I had been involved in the recent hacking by China. Put me through to an NCA officer who said my bank account was being used by the hackers and a staff member from my bank. Was very realistic. I hung up when they wanted to put money in my bank account to catch the hacker. The Telstra guy had an indian accent and had knowledge of my Telstra account. Very very clever...

    Recorded message allegedly from the ATO, saying my Tax File Number was about to suspended due to some kind of illegal activity. Wanted me to press #1 to speak to someone. Complete scam.

    Automated message claiming to be from Tax office saying suspicious activity detected on my tax file number which has now been suspended pending investigation and to press '1' to speak to someone about this. Its so obvious this was a scam call..

    Rang from a Bendigo number and I answered as I have contacts there. Said there were some phone company and wanted to upgrade my contract. When I queried how much I pay for my contract they said they didn't know...they eventually hung up on me
    I don't even have a contract
    Avoid!

    Caller: Pretending to be vodaphone

    Said they were from Vodaphone Customer care, straight into a long sales speil.

    When I asked "Why is the customer care team calling me for a sales call?" She hung up.

    New it was a scam straight away cos I've never been with vodaphone haha
