(03) 5400 0553 called my elderly mother and made arrangements to come and changed her light globes. She has dementia and doesn't understand to just hang up. No way to call back and say don't come....that's if they ever intended to!!

Have had numerous calls on this number & different numbers over last month, insisting they come and change my lights to LED globes. The line is so crackly you can hardly here them or understand because of accent. Don’t know why we bother with “do not call register” as it doesn’t stop these calls.

About replacing my LED lights. Would be the 5th time they have rung and each time I tell them that I have had them replaced. Getting very bloody annoying. I’m going to send a complaint to the Do Not Call Register whatever good that will do.

Caller ID displayed number as (03) 5400 0553. Caller identified herself as "Jane". Heavily accented, barely able to understand her. Call regarding something about lights and government rebate. I hung up.

Caller: Regarding the so called down lights

Rang at 7-15 pm, down lights they supposedly put in house, we don’t have any at all. Did she cop a blast, they are continually ring, ring, ring, ringggggggg.
