the 5316 prefix doesn't suggest any known location in the Ballarat zone of (03) 53-- the 16 suggests a call center in that area, if so then block the number if you can, which I have done. they won't be wasting my time or my money.

These pests are calling from Ararat in Victoria at all hours of the day and evening and never leave a message. I’m a shift worker so it’s quite annoying to be woken by these annoying pests.
