I called back number (03) 5240 5900 spoke to a woman who said company name is Cloverdale.

Caller: Cloverdale Commercial Cleaning Cloverdale is a Commercial Cleaning Company who's heads office is based in Geelong. They will only ring you if you have applied for a job there, they are not nuisance calls as reported.
