I called back number (03) 5202 4178 spoke to a guy who said I've reached a switchboard but did not say for what company until he verifies who I am.

Caller: I don’t know I called back number (03) 5202 4178 spoke to a guy who said I've reached a switchboard but did not say for what company until he verifies who I am. So I also refuse to give my name or my date of birth so he hang up the phone on me
