Heavy accent, couldn’t understand where he said he was calling from but babbled on for a while and then asked for information about who my utility bills are through so I hung up. Only answered because it said area code was local but sounded more like an overseas call centre when answered

Some kind of telemarketing, scam

have called me several times and when I answered the phone at the other end just died each time. It feels like one of those phone calls that rings you to see if you are home, very strange.
