Continuously calls several times a day. I’ve blocked them but they still call. So annoying.

Caller: An energy company, Benefit Deal? somebody called Annie Parker rang me once already an hour ago about "my electricity bill" I said i was not with their company and i was not interested in changing and i asked that they not contact me again. I then got a second call from her again saying that she spoke to my partner and that she was told to ring me in one hour! a big lie! My partner has not spoken to anyone about this!
