no name ....no message...taking the call as a scam !!

Like other reports this number has rung me 4 times in the last 2 days. i finally answered the most recent one only to have the person hang up without speaking. Now blocked.

Kept ringing over and over, no one speaks when you pick up.

Caller: Overseas, perhaps a cheapo call centre

Call centre somewhere in India using Tasmanian phones pretending to be from the Victorian Government offering free power saving devices in exchange for your details. Pity for them that their command of the english language is hopeless. No one in this country would ever seriously employ them.

has rung multiple times on my land line today , if I answer hangs up or i get the engaged tone .

Caller: claiming to call re australian government free hot water service

6 calls today from this number - answered the first one - it's a masked diverson number - claiming to be ringing re the Australian governments free hot water replacement service. I asked to be removed from list - 5 calls later haha. I have had over 16 calls from variations of this number over the past week - all from Tasmanian numbers with the same message.

Has rung multiple times in the past in regards to exhaust fan covers! Rang twice today with less than 2 hours in between, hangs up after being told not interested or when it's pointed out they've already rung, definitely has scam overtures.

Hung up when hit recorder

I'm being harassed by a caller from this number - three calls in two days, the latest one after 9pm. And they didn't even want to speak to me since they hung up without bothering to leave a message. Very amusing. The number's now blocked.

Repeatedly rang even though I didn't answer. Finally answered. Male voice mumbled and hung up. Took it to be a prank call or a scam.

I've had two attempted calls from this number, in the evening. They don't even speak but hang up as soon as the answering machine comes on. Lowlife scammers, almost certainly.

this number rang twice within 15 minutes .. no answer .. no message .. blocked...

same number as yesterday...I picked up and the caller hung up...so assuming another scammer !!

as above. Rang 4 times in 2 hours. no message. Has to be a scam. i remember before the election multiple calls from numbers beginning with 4 - all nuisance push-polling or other scams

Received 3 calls over past 24hrs from this number and answered the last one. Male on the other end was singing and sounded out of it! Reported here as a nuisance call (potentially a scam/phishing) and now blocked
