This number is registered to the Fundraising Centre which is registered company that hassles Australians on behalf of charities and other organisations and keeps the bulk of the donations for their profits. These types of companies often keep more than 70% of the amount donated. The Fundraising centre uses agents in the Philippines or India and their recorded telephone message just basically says they are too busy to take your call now but they'll be back hassling you for a donation soon. They do give you an option to opt out of fundraising activities on their website but you have to give up all of your personal information to do so. They also say on their website that they analyse databases for charities and organisations, so the persistent calls could be to confirm your details and match them to any database or charity that you have ever donated to so that they can ramp up their repeated contact attempts to pressure you into giving them more money. Our suggestion is not to give them your full details for privacy and security reasons and simply block any numbers they call from.

Scammer from the fundraising centre robocalling for money. They are not based in Lavers Hill as per their phone label, but in Cheltenham, Melbourne. Every thing about this company looks dodgey! Block.
