Caller: Offer Assurance left a 30 second message on mobile with nothing recorded -I rang back and their recorded said they called themselves "Offer Assurance" message said it was internet deals

These people keep hassling me on my mobile! They repeatedly call, at all hours, and they call me by my mothers name (?). No matter how many times I tell them they have the wrong person and I don’t have a house to need to worry about my Energy provider, they just KEEP CALLING ME!!! They have become very rude, and hang up etc, so I will now be doing the same! VERY annoying!
