Unknown call, my phone says Newtown but I don’t know anyone there

Called no message left. Right on 5pm.

Caller: Suspect a wine group

I receive 3-4 calls daily from 03 4206 6xxx where the last 3 digits range between 050 to 250 - rarely repeated. This set of numbers recently into use as 3 months ago they were using 02 480 … to 02 489 … but no longer,
If you answer by mistake which I have learned not to do they become vindictive and ramp up the calls / true nuisance calls. Yes I continue to block this mob plus calls from +44, +45 etc
Why can groups like these have access to a block set of numbers which have not been issued to carrier ?

James from The Wine Group. This moron has rung me several times from different numbers.
I tell them to remove me from their data base and they call again. Really pisses me off.

It’s the wine group. Previously Oak ridge estate or similar mob pretending to sound like a winery. Will try and flog unwanted crap wine. Use a slightly different number time. Daily calls. Ignore, block, or take the call and tell them to F off. They’ll still keep calling.

Has rung 3 times in one week (03) 4206 6045? and left no message, have now blocked them , should be a law to report and fine them for doing so

Phone showed calling from Geelong, Vic. Didn't leave a msg.

Called and didn't leave message. Not knowing anyone should have call me from Victoria.
