I called back the number (03) 4114 0841 and reached vm that did not mention the company name

Caller: Collection House Group This is one of the many numbers they call on and choose not to leave a message.
Be careful as Lion Finance wuill use this as a claim they have contacted you but calling someone's number vs actually speaking to the person is a difference in contact
