I did not take the call. In recents, it was on my phone as the (03) 4052 0581, a Victorian number, but recorded in my phone as Balranald, New South Wales!

I have been seriously cyber-stalked for years, malevolently targeted by uniformed impersonators, as well as extremely dangerous persons residing in the community. It is systematic cyber crimes, from organised crime corridors, and territorial conflict associated with organised crime. The cyber attack surface that comes to us through our phones also has systematic relationships to known properties, occupied by parties who deploy the criminal AI, that violates the Military Territory (Australia is also a Military Territory). The criminals are known to Border Force, and to Parliamentary Privilege that deploys its forensic arm to law enforcement on corrupt shipments coming in to naval ports. That requires deployment of the Demilitaralised Zone and deployment of Military Encryption and forensic toolkits (via Parliamentary Privilege) for Law Enforcement.

These incoming calls, dissociating Victorian numbers from Victorian Territory, and criss-crossing NSW with Victoria are warning us about the occupied residences, as well. Associated with them is the transection of assets, objects, and our 'way of life' (day to day) things in our homes, by the occupied residences. Not only do they create 'denied area' (Militarily Denied), the criminally occupied homes deploy to stalk 'footsteps', (way of life, day to day), with technology, vision, and audio that violates privacy, they do that in the strata of it all, that is 'off-the-grid' (off wireless). So, they stratify targeting 'off-the-grid', with the wireless strata of the layered patterning of organised cyber crime.
