Just another robo call using spoofed number (a number that looks like it is an Australian number but it is not). Fluent mandarin on the pre-recorded call suggests a Chinese based scam caller that is, in part, trying to scam Chinese living in Australia. Either way same old scrip - your need to call a scammer so that they can scam you. Just hang up.

It's a document scam - Pressing 1 for english gets you a Chinese person speaking Chinese.
