2 calls from 4002 numbers within 1/2 hour, 2nd after I'd already blocked the 1st. Chinese recordings.

Caller left recorded voice message talking about an epidemic outbreak. Asked for international students to press 1, and for Australians to press 2. Filipina accent. Blocked caller, deleted call record.

It said I need my id card & passports information to give to them press 1 for English press 2 for mandarin then replay the message in mandarin yet when voicemail start it catch’s first 5 seconds of conversation
