came up as from victoria, i let it ring and it left a message in chinese

Rang didn’t answer, they left a message. Which said press 2 you know the drill block and delete

Spam automated recorded message call supposedly from a health service

Must be doing the random call crap - this place is over 425 kms from Melbourne CBD with a population of 30 - hardly think any of them are chinese!!!!!

Same here, phone said it was spam

I answered and said nothing. It was an automated voice telling me my passport details had expired and i needed to confirm my identity.

called a few times and left messages requesting ID.

Got the same number said was from Turriff Victoria let it ring out got a voicemail listened to it same thing press 2 for Chinese than silence continued with hello epidemic emergency notice for Australian nationality press 1 pres 2 for Chinese than nothing

I didn’t answer as I don’t answer numbers I don’t know I will let it go to voicemail and if it seems legit I’ll return the call. However the voicemail was prerecorded and asked me to press 2. When I didn’t do so it said it’s an epidemic emergency notice.

Caller: Vodafone

The message stated my contract needed updating with Vodafone or my phone would be shut down in two hours. Press one for Chinese blah blah scam

Should be investigated as believe it came from a scammer. Telco should investigate and turn off this phone and other numbers associated with it.

Same here. Scammer re immigration docs.
