Caller: Compare the market Was doing a quick search while I had five minutes spare to search for public liability insurance and got up to the stage where it said ' our assistant will call you to discuss your options' and I closed the page because I wanted to compare the market in my time when I had five minutes spare. I did not want a call because if I wanted to have a long drawn out process of talking to someone I would of actually dialled a number myself in my time. Why do they waste people's time.
