Yes, this is 2 Evolve. They are one of Oxfam's outsourced call centres. I rang Oxfam 1800 088 110) and the chap there told me it was because I was a regular donor, I was being contacted to see if I'd like to increase my donation. Whilst happy to maintain regular donations, I asked to have my name removed from their call lists, and he did this quickly and easily.
