SIMPLY ENERGY. Answered after 7 missed calls over 3 days. Was told my bill slightly higher than the last just wondering if you have any concerns. Said no and she said OK thanks. Not sure that it warranted so many calls.

Calls often does not leave message, have recently changed to Simply Energy would expect they would leave message!

I called back number (02) 9937 8406 reached voice mail of company called simply energy.

Caller: Simply Energy | This is Not Simply Energy | SCAM

When I answered this call twice, no response & I was hung up on. I called this number back & it is a pre-recorded message claiming to be Simply Energy trying to call about your bills. I called Simply Energy & they advised this number does not belong to them and it is a SCAM!!! My number is private & unlisted number which is also registereted with the Australian Government Do Not Call Register. Lodge a Complaint about this number with www.donotcall.gov.au/consumers/lodge-a-complaint/

Caller: SCAM - Posing as Simply Energy

This number (02) 9937 8406 is a complete SCAM. They are posing as Simply Energy. I contacted Simply Energy & this number DOES NOT belong to their orgnisation at all. AVOID & BLOCK this number.

Called twice this morning. Hung up immediately after I picked up the phone. WTF

Just had the same experience. Person hung up when I said I would not provide personal information without them first verifying who they were.

Same number called twice, second time I answered and no response just hung up... You guys sure it's Simply Energy and not some scam telemarketer spoofing their number?

Called my landline and when I didn't answer immediately called my mobile. Did not leave a message so it couldn't have been too important. Now I know it's Simply Energy, thanks!

Said Simply Energy, called many times to say bill was higher than last time. Wanted my full name and DOB. I asked them to verify who they said they were but would not.
