Caller: Kosjan - Amazon Scam

On answering the robocall: "Thank you for placing an order with Amazon. You have been charged $399 on your credit card. If you did not make this purchase please stay on the line to speak with amazon customer services." This repeats twice. When the victim stays on the line the scammer answers "Thank you for calling Amazon. My name is Kosjan."
Requesting a callback number to confirm if the call is actually from Amazon is important.
When the victim requests a callback number "Kosjan" sounded confused and asked "Oh did you want my number?" and then disconnected the line.
