Someone must be making money out of these annoying calls. Surely the charities will miss out in the "long run". With caller ID (through my plan after NBN connection) I never answer unknown callers. If the person calling leaves a message then I have the option to call back.

I too am tired of these constant calls from call centres. Unfortunately the charities I used to support via a phone call no longer are answered.

I'm tired of these calls where a message is not left. Having call id,I used to record the number of the constant callers on paper so as not to bother with their repeated calls.
Now I rarely answer a private caller or an unidentified caller. If a person really wants to talk to me even if they are from a charity that I do contribute to, they will just have to change their methods.

Call Centres are acting on behalf of numerous charities. It might suit the charities using them BUT it does not suit me and lots of other people.
