Tried to order through our website, used email opo @ sanaokaykalang.tk the name as AU dork and ph (02) 9772 1171, address Warehouse 6, 45-53 Davies Road Padstow NSW 2211, looking up found the address is a freight forwarder linked to hong kong that have done numerous bank chargebacks to other business' once goods are posted, thankfully we have verification security in place so did not lose money.

Caller: Fake name used in mail forwarding scam

Chinese and Hong Kong based Ebay scammers they buy you ship to a fake name and a doggy NSW whare house which is really a mail forwarding business run out of Hong Kong for the purpose of sending your item straight overseas, oh and your payment, well that was cancelled soon as they get notified the items been sent in the post. Money never comes and you can't recover your item or your money as it already left the country, on fake names and fake details.

They ordered an item from me on eBay, but the address seemed very odd and eBay said funds were on hold until customer confirms delivery was received. So I googled the address as something seemed odd to me and many people seem to have had charge backs after the item was sent and delivered. I trusted my gut and cancelled the order and left feedback on eBay warning sellers that it seems to be a scam.
The address was gate 4, Stonebridge 9/2 Christina road Villawood.

This warehouse in Villawood is operated by Stonebridge Fulfilment Pty Ltd on behalf of Buy and Ship. Buy and Ship are a shipping forwarding company headquartered in Hong Kong, but with some offices all over. If the name on the order contains a customer code which starts with PH like PHSYGGFR its a parcel destined for Phillipines. I have already received chargeback on one order, and we sent some. If this happens to you contact buyandship PH support urgently with proof as they can intercept the parcel before it gets to the scammer.

Placed a fraudulent order from my business shipping to a Warehouse in NSW. Attempted multiple orders that failed.

This is a shipping forwarder address buyers outside Australia use to save on shipping to their country. Not necessarily a scam as it would depend on the buyer but I have had orders shipped here before with no problems.

Explain the chargebacks then.
