Caller: I called the number again, after seeing a comment on this site.
I got through to a very busy, but still helpful tradie working in a noisy workshop.
It seems they are a genuine company, just a bit busy at present.
At this stage I would like to recant a previous comment that I made, in frustration, after unsuccessfully trying to contact the business through several channels.

I have placed an order with them and I think the website is a front for an internet scam.
My goods have not arrived and all attempts to contact Handles and More have failed.
