worst company, phoned me at work i advised i could not talk as i was at work and some rude lady by the name of janeth said " you need to take responsibility of your debts and be an adult" i could not believe it, i was going to call them back and make payment arrangments but they can get stuffed now due to her rudeness, they will call on a million different numbers and also mobile numbers....

Speak to them in a mumbo jumbo language.... They wont understand... then hang up

Spam! They called my friend and asked for my personal information. My friend refused to give, they talk to you in a way to make sure you confirm your details and trap you to pay previous debts even though they have been paid. I hope the consumer affairs does something about this.

never ring these numbers back or text them. they will user this as a confirmation of your identity whether you have confirmed anything or not. this allows them to keep your debt on the books for another seven years. change your phone number and do not give it out in text from online anywhere, especially FB. if they do not contact you for 7 years they legally need to stop.

I called back number (02) 9696 1307 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.

This company refused to tell me who they were, but were basically chasing a family member and would not give me any details - when I asked them the name of the company, they basically said to me, "We deal with a number of different issues."

These people called me and when I answered they hung up. I called back from my work number and they refused to tell me who they were, they just kept saying its a personal matter. I repeatedly asked them where they were from and they would not give me that so I hung up.

Rung at 5:30am and left message saying “hello? Just for the inconvience”

Lots of questions about a former partner and an absolute refusal to tell me who she worked for other than a first name which was no doubt false from Sydney seeking to sort out a confidential matter with the former partner. They got Jack Sh*t out of me, don't tell them anything about anyone including yourself. I have no doubt it was a debt collector agency they are the only asshats who behave in this manner and as a retired police officer I ought to know.

i answered the call, they hung up.... I rang it back and some messaged answered. your on hold and it will be answered shortly (but doesnt say who).... i waited like 30 seconds. a guy answered and said he name was "adam" i said from where, he said "to whom am i speaking with" i said who are you, he wouldnt tell me....... I said you need to tell me who you are and what company... he said his name is adam... I told him to *f*ck off* and im reporting them to the correct department. I am sick of these a**holes who wont say the name....

Keep calling me and asking for someone with a similar name to my husband. When I tell them they must have the wrong number and to stop calling me, they hang up. This has been going on for nearly 4 years.

The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with and I have 25 years of experience with call centres. Even if you enter in to an agreement with them, they will breach it. They will also call outside of legal hours. Very poor.
