They called me twice in one day from Ringwood. I called back after the second call and answering machine said they are "Utility Assist" for lowering internet/energy bills:

I called back the number (02) 9607 4377 but was routed automatically to an ivr

This is a similar number to a call I had yesterday - it says its a local number, but when I call it back, it says the number is disconnected. I can't help but feel that it is probably a call centre - although when I search the number, it appears to be a private number.
