Called did not leave message

Missed their call twice, both times they hung up after a few rings. Did not leave message. Have blocked number.

This is actually a phone number from the National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS). Not spam, they cannot leave messages for privacy reasons.

They called. I missed the call. They left no message. I Called back twice. Busy number. I think it’s a scam

Rang twice today within a few minutes - they did not leave a voice message, and I'm not going to call them back!!

They've called twice and when I call back it keeps saying the line is busy

Called back (blocking my number) and got the message "You have called via ip office extension 9".
Seems to be a scammer using "Avaya Office"
Hve now blocked the number.

I called back number (02) 9552 9958 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.
