told them I was on the do not call register and wasn't interested in being sold to said 'I'm not selling anything to you' and 'not to be rude and just listen'

Aggressive and obnoxious. Tried to be polite in my non-interest, but ended up hanging up.

Not sure who it was, im on the do not call register and they still called - then the guy was rude to me when i said i was too busy to talk right now, so i hung up!

what can we do about these people?

Said they where calling about tax payments in relation to retirement funds, when I told them I'd like to do my own homework as most calls are scams these days they hung up.
Caller was a Australian sounding male.

I called back number (02) 9521 1040 rang once then goes to busy tone.

Caller: Unknown number

I never answer to unknown numbers such as ( 02 ) 9521-1040 So my message to them is to STOP calling as it will NEVER be answered & I have blocked their number.
