Caller: BuroServ A male caller called "Arko" who said that our NBN had changed from Telstra to their company BuroServ. After saying we should be currently be Telstra, he said that Telstra don't own the NBN network anymore and tried to mislead us into thinking that "BuroServ" are taking over the contract. Be extremely careful because unlike other cold call telemarketers they know more about your details than you expect.

Caller: Arko from Buroserv Arko called our business and said he is our new account manager and he will be handling all our enquiries moving forward. he then went on to say that our bill last month was too high and he will be sending us a bill for $78. he mentioned to pay that bill instead and he will be the point of contact moving forward and only to contact him from now on. i contacted my provided and he denied having anyone by that name and told me there has been a company scamming people and they research your business so they have some information to make it all sound legit.

Caller: Arko "Arko" cold called me saying he was my new nbn provider/contractor and already had my Telstra usage, billing and data profile and that moving forward he would provide a plan that would save me $190 per year. He had a very confident telephone manner (almost like everything he said was a forgone conclusion) and that from now on (02) 9492 9245 or 0480 017 457 was my single point of billing contact. He would email my future bills himself. Being in Victoria I questioned why he had a NSW number and he said he was a national provider. I said I need time to liase with my business partner. He said he will be in touch. I'm reporting this to RA hoping to find out if he is legit.

Caller: Arko The exact same thing happened to me. And he wanted me to sign the contract in an email straight away. Arko also called me with another phone number, 0480 017 457.

Sales call pretending to be from NBN, keeps ringing about how i'm paying too much for calls. Wont stop, no matter how often i ask. Just blocked them.

They called looking for the business owner claiming to have a better deal from the NBN network. Very persistent caller even though i told him not to call unless you’re from the NBN and there is a problem with the connection. Kept calling 4 days straight
