Another phone call for a service on a stair lift. As I told them on March 19th, the person who supposedly has a stair lift does NOT and actually happens to be deceased.

Called saying that the stair lift was due for a service. Only two problems:
The person who they said has a stair lift
1. Does not have one, and has never had one.
2. Died from cancer two years ago.
Seriously, what type of clown can get things so wrong?
