The number called me on 1st of March, 2022. Then again on 7th March, 22. As I received it got disconnected. Tried calling back numerous times but either my call does not go or each time the number is engaged.

A female caller purporting to be a representative from Australian Super left a voicemail wanting to speak with me. She stated my full name. This is a concern given that I own one of their products. I called Australian Super, and they had no record that a representative called me. I attempted to call the number, but they ended my call each time.

Answered a call, it did a ring back to and got silence. Blocked number after reading the complaints.

Called and let me to listen to music 🌝 then hung up ?!?

This was a cold call. I have a super account but not Australian Super. They left no message - not likely to be genuine

they asked me if I was happy with my recent plan and if it was set up okay. I thought it was a scam so I asked them to just email me. But they didnt ask for anything suss and just said to call them back If I ever needed anything....
all in all very confused

They rang. I missed it and called back . No answer.
I suspect this has nothing to do wth Aust Super but they do have access to their customer database.

Number (02) 9455 3499 Called me on Thursday 26/8/21 afternoon.
When I answered there was silence, no reply so I hung up.
I am ready to block this number.
.After reading the posts my problem is that I’ve joined AustralianSuper about one month ago. I really don’t want to be dealing with a super company that have a call Centre like this.

Had a missed call and tried to call back, yet, call didn't go through.

Called me, no reponse on the line but line stayed open for a minute before I desconnected.

I missed the call a couple of times and thought it was spam, but its Australian Super. They asked me about my new plan, if I wanted any changes, if I was happy.
Pretty impressed to be honest.

They left a message because I always send unknown numbers to voicemail. Announced it was Australian Super (no reason to believe them) and then asked me (my voicemail) ti identify myself. Cheeky!

This number has called me twice - each time I call back there is no answer
