I spoke to this guy with heavy indian accent, only wanting to "confirm" my info before willing to provide me any info. I told him I will call Australian Super if I need any help and ended the call.

Dodgy!!!!, I couldn't call back at all, recently joined Aus Super, theres no need for them to call wks after I organised it all online and its not their number on website. To many of us that have had the same experience. The comments on here that say it is the super company probs comes from the dodgy people calling from this number 100%

At first I assumed this was a scam call, but I am a member of Australian Super and the caller had all of my details including name, dob, address, beneficiary, account balance etc.
Didn't ask for anything compromising - just wanted to run through the current setup of my account (eg. investments, insurance etc.)

Australian Super. I believe it was a legitimate call. They only confirmed with my postcode and birth month. I had only recently signed up for an Aus Super account with a new employer so it wasn't unexpected. He walked me through how my investment choices had been set up, what my insurance was currently set to, how to amend these things etc. He confirmed that my employer had not yet provided the first contribution and provided information on how to set myself online.

I can see how it could easily be confused with a scam call but I do honestly believe this was legit and I didn't provide any information other than post code and birth month. I didn't confirm any of the info he shared with me accept to say that I amaware of my investment and insurance options and will review them on my own time and contact Aus Super directly if I want to amend anything.

Got a call, informed they are calling from Australian Super. Wanted to ask personal details and I said no. Let me call Australian Super directly.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from Australian Super who wanted some personal details to confirm my identity. I refused and hung up. Later got an email from Australian Super asking me to rate my recent experience with their call centre rep. My feedback was for them to stop making these unsolicited phone calls and alarming their members.

Asked if I was happy with how my account was setup. Followed by them asking to confirm personal details. Told them I will not give out any details and instead will call Australian Super directly.

If it was legit, you should be able to call it back????

Called me, left no message however. Number was marked as spam.

They always leave a message, so if unsure and there is no message then don't return the call. it must be a call number allocated to some super funds by the looks of it.

Representative from Link Market Services. Called back for a query i had put in. It does have a silent period for about a minute after you pick up for some reason.

Had a call from this number 15 June.
A women said she was calling from Australia Super and was following up that everything with the new super account was OK for me. She said my full name aloud. I told her that everything was OK and that I had to go. Seemed a bit odd.

A man said he is from Australin Super, checked my name first and said " I am telling you why I call you". LOL and I find some excuses to stop this call.

I got a missed call from this number soon after I used credit card for a taxi payment. I did not call back seeing the comments posted online

A women called me from this number stating she's calling from Australian Super and just checking whether everything is ok. She asked me for my DOB and I know straightaway this is a scam. I asked why calling me then she hung up. Do not trust this number.
