This number has been added to the Qantas verification code sms along with the 131131 number -

Pretty sure this is fake. Claiming to be Qantas, sending an unsolicited verification code by text.

Scam text message purporting to be from QATAS, has legitimate 13 11 31 number however (02) 9433 2329 number is registered to qfmnlsales @ holidaytours.net This number announces Welcome to QATAS by the automated voice requesting your membership number and pin. Very suspicious I suspect a scam !!

This number keeps sending me messages that my Qantas frequent flyers access code has changed.

I read your comment with interest as I had an sms from Qantas this morning (26/5/26) stating that my pin had been reset - I was concerned because I hadn't done that, so I started investigating and after MUCH searching & phoning Qantas twice on different numbers & having long investigating conversations, I can assure you that both numbers (13 11 31 & (02) 9433 2329) are legitimate QFF contact numbers. Also, the email address you quoted (qfmnlsales @ holidaytours.net) is Qantas Manila sales. After exhausting every avenue I can think of, it remains a mystery why Qantas sent the sms in the first place. Maybe a glich somewhere in the system, who knows???

Often calls three times, usually at 1:00 pm and most frequently on a Friday. I never pick up and I’ve never been left a message. Even my phone thinks it’s a scam number

This is likely a scam. Received Qantas verification code with 131131 call back number which is NOT the Qantas customer support number.

This is definitely a scam. I’m a long term Qantas user/ Frequent Flyer member but haven’t flown for months.
