My partner had $100 taken from his bank account in 2 separate transactions but on same day . The bank said that it's a Google transaction and to call this number (02) 9374 4000. Problem is my partner hasn't bought anything and when he rings the above number it's just a recorded message.
This would be about the 4th time money has been taken from his account and each time a new card. Just wondering who banks with what bank ? I want to know if it is a certain bank issue ?

I called back number (02) 9374 4000 reached IVR for Google Australia.

Over $15,0000 in three days ($3458.58 + $868.58 amounts). 28 degrees/latitude credit card. Only used with our infrequent purchases from eBay using PayPal. Transaction details show Google ads with the above phone number.

We had 2 of these payments from this number. One was Disney and the other was Britbox subscriptions.

Just had someone charge $8.99 to my credit card with the name 'Google Remote for Sam Barangaroo' and this phone number (02) 9374 4000, so I called the number and got an automated Google service which refused to take my call and hung up on me. Contacted Google through their support team which said they would refund the transaction within 7 days, called my bank who said they have to now cancel my credit card. Very frustrating.
