Caller: 'Telstra'

Saying internet problems in area - scammed by these people last month wanting to log on to computer to fix it.

A man called saying he was from telstra and there was a problem with my internet connection. Wanted to shut it down, enter a code and he would fix it. I told him i wasn't with telstra and would speak with my provider but he kept insisting. obviously i told him no and hung up. THIS IS A SCAM. my provider confirmed this.

Scammers - claim they are from Telstra, saying internet not safe.

claimed to be telstra and that my telstra nbn was about to be shut down ,I don't use telstra so I informed the caller that he was a tosser now I get regular calls on this number but they hang up if I answer.

Caller "Telstra" called at approx. 12.00 noon to advise issues with Internet Service and wanted to Test- I asked for I.D. he became flustered - advised him he was full of B-----S---- he then panicked and hung up.

For weeks have had calls (up to 3 per day) from this number which hangs up after I answer. The same people rang a few weeks ago wanting to 'fix my internet connection' and I hung up when it became clear it was a scammer.
