TNT calling regarding a delivery

Just received a call from this number. I called back but couldn't get through.

Caller: FedEx

Legitimate call. I asked them to tell me my full name and address and they were able to. They were missing my apartment number. Didn't ask for any confidential information, such as payment or anything.

Really annoying it called me and it sucked

If you don't recognise the number, do not under any circumstances, call the number back. Remember - if it's so urgent they will get back in touch with you, .....but they never will because it's random number selection and is a sham!! If you call them back, they can hack into your phone/tablet/ipad.

Just got a call from this number. The rep named a company from which I am expecting a package today, which hasn't arrived yet. She said her shipping information was illegible and wanted more detail. In the end, the package she was talking about is not the package I am expecting today, but it could be one from another company that does send me stuff. I rang 131 150 and gave a different rep the eight-digit tracking number of the package I'm expecting, but FedEx/TNT uses nine-digit numbers. So -- weird, but maybe not a scam.

Seems scam took my address,realised later that there was nothing coming for me,new strategies of scams

I just got a call 18/5/2021 saying I have an amazon parcel (scam because i dont use amazon)
I was called by (02) 9364 5981 and a recorded voice claiming to be Amazon told me my account was to be debited with $99 and to press 1 to continue. This was obviously a scam and I hung up immediately without pressing button and reported the call to Amazon. They have a message on their site about this

I received the call no message , I tried to ring back only to have Optus advise me the number has been disconnected.!

Called regarding a shipment I have arriving from China.

This person Maria, from Coward Street Mascot called, but when I called back the number doesn't work.  Recorded messsage only (American voice).

Calls at least every other day.
