I do not wished to be called by you in relation to wines, please do not call my mobile or my work phone number. I have received multiple calls from (02) 9333 8450 and they are very annoying

If I wish to purchase wines I will ring when I am ready

Just how annoying can an outlet be ? I too, bought some cheap wine from these mob and ticked for no more correspodence. Constantly being rung but at least can just ignore now I know who they are - will NEVER use them again !!! So, Cellarmasters do not contact me again !!!

I just received a phone call from this mob too. The line was so bad I didn't know what was being said.

I presume I got this call because I bought some "cheap wine" from them a few weeks ago. I can tell them now I'm really not interested in any more.

(02) 9333 8450 - called and routed me to IVR saying i reached Cellarmasters. It has something to do with wines. I was placed on hold to be connected with one of their wine advisers. I was placed on hold for too long, so i hung up.

Answered the phone. Someone said "um" and hung up.
Call center must be over worked.

I receive almost daily calls from this number but when I answer, no one on the line at all. Just silence.

They call every couple of days and i would really like them to stop.

Cellarmasters had a great deal once in the RACQ Magazine. Despite being on the Do not call register and a private phone number they have onsold my number and I now get regular unwanted calls. I will never ever buy off this company again or have taken ALL my insurances and business off RACQ.

If they continue to call make a formal complaint to the ACCC and they can be find up to $150,000

Constant calls are an excellent way to loose customers, do the people in charge at Cellarmaster not have a working brain between them?

6 calls in a day. Ticked the boxes saying no contact but still the calls come. Phoned and asked for calls to stop and was told I had no right to ask! Unbelievable!

I am on 'Do Not Call' register yet keep getting daily calls from this crowd - I never answer, yet they persist in calling. Tried to call them to tell them I do not want their calls - in queue over 5 mins so hung up.
