Australia Post. I emailed Australia Post over 2 weeks ago re:lost parcel. Parcel came 2 days later (yes it got lost) I picked it up and am now getting phone calls from this number constantly. They don't have the common sense to leave a message and when you call back you hear nothing. Bad business practice. I know what they are calling for but get no chance to say " all good" Seems it is Australia Post This is Australia Post Resolution Centre! They call regarding whatever issue you have and continue to call until you respond, as they are required to close the case. If the case isn't closed or closed correctly they will call until they get a all good basically. The lady I spoke to was very polite and explained everything clearly to me. Hopefully I won't be hassled, but if I am I will up date this information. I called back number (02) 9318 5600 spoke to a woman who said I've reached the Australia Post.
