I emailed Australia Post over 2 weeks ago re:lost parcel. Parcel came 2 days later (yes it got lost) I picked it up and am now getting phone calls from this number constantly. They don't have the common sense to leave a message and when you call back you hear nothing. Bad business practice. I know what they are calling for but get no chance to say " all good"

Seems they are just as good at delivering anything by phone as they are at delivering anything by mail. Useless basically.

Had a call from this number and didn't have my name. They did not identify themselves. As I do not disclose who I am to these kinds of callers, I said "wrong number" and hung up. Searched the number and it brought me to this website.. Logged a complaint for compensation today with Aust Post and during completion of the form, it asked if I prefer contact by email or phone, to which I said email only... despite this, obviously I now know it was Aust Post, who I now expect will claim they tried contacting me and were unsuccessful and will not give me the run around! Sick of people NOT reading or respecting simple requests.

This is Australia Post Resolution Centre! They call regarding whatever issue you have and continue to call until you respond, as they are required to close the case. If the case isn't closed or closed correctly they will call until they get a all good basically. The lady I spoke to was very polite and explained everything clearly to me. Hopefully I won't be hassled, but if I am I will up date this information.

Caller: Australia Post The phone rang, I picked up and said "Hello" several times but nothing at the other end. Then I received an email from Australia Post to say that they had tried to ring me unsuccessfully? then give me a number to call back.
What type of phone system that they used? I certainly answered their phone call.

I had a call from this number today but no message was left.
I see that people here are saying it's Australia Post, so it all makes sense........
I have a complaint with them and the Government Ombudsman regarding them making no attempt to actually deliver mail requiring a signature, but simply putting a card in my mailbox, (despite me being home), and then taking that mail to a far away post office and expecting me to go and collect it.
I won't. I simply can't afford to. Even if I could, why should I be forced to pay twice to get my mail?
Them not leaving a message certainly fits in with their business model of not delivering anything, be it mail or even voice messages now it seems. Delivering anything at all is obviously far too difficult for them.
This must now be one of the world's worst postal services? It used to be excellent at one time.

Caller: Australia Post I do have a lost parcel enquiry lodged with Australia post but this number calls and hangs up after 2 rings so I never get there in time to talk to them. Typical of their customer service quite frankly
