Noble Oak are an insurance company offering good life insurance deals. I found out about them through the One Big Switch website (cheap electricity and other deals). As far as I'm aware they're not a scam company.

I keep blocking this number and they keep coming up with a new one! Noble Oak Insurance Sydney. No I don't want insurance and no I didn't ask you to call me when I entered a competition. Blocked forthwith. in call type there should be "Wants to sell you stuff and get your $$$ "
