I called back number (02) 9272 1200 spoke to a woman who said company name is CTP Assist.

This number does belong to Sira - ctp assist. It's a government body that assists with insurance claims. Totally legitimate.

Caller: Kath

Had a miss call from this number a lady called Kath from (State Insurance Regularity Authority) CTP Assist. She also sent an email to introduce herself and gave a run down on their services and how they could assist.

CTP Assist are part of the State Insurance Regulatory Authority - part of the New South Wales Government. They are legitimate.

Received this call, claims to be from “ctp assist” wanting to discuss recent events and here to assist me in my process. When I asked who are you’s, never heard of such a thing, I was told it’s a government agency, I told him I was reluctant to give my personal details, which I was told that’s ok, they’ll send over an email. Which I’m still waiting on.
