Chap called to ask for my boss but did not identify he was from Amex.I know my boss does not have an Amex card. The Amex guy then asked me to give him my boss' mobile as he would call him because they had chatted previously about his Amex account. I was suspicious by this stage and asked - "Oh yeah, when did you speak to him?" The Amex guy was stumped and said - "Actually, my colleague spoke to him a few days ago" Yep. Nope. Closed the phone. Wrong answer. My boss is in hospital and could not possibly have received any calls let alone AMEX!!!

Caller: American Express - lost/stolen cards
Called the number back and got a voicemail saying it was American Express, lost and stolen cards division. I don't have an Amex card and never have, so I'm guessing this was probably a scam call.
