Received a call & declined it - checked this site & then checked with American Express (phone number on back of my card); they confirmed it was Amex Bus Services & was genuine.
The caller that I declined left a number for me to call back on...they were checking if I had any issues with my card/payments during COVID. All ok & genuine.

they call every day - multiple times per day - i have only answered once (they claim to be AMEX) - i said we weren't interested and they continue to call and hang up just as I am answering. I would call SCAM on this one.

Caller: Claiming to be American Express
Calling frequently claiming to be staff of American Express Business Account asking to speak to one of our directors. I know this is scam. I never put them through anyone in the office but this is getting annoying. We are very busy and don't have time to deal with this calls. They also sent emails offering American Express Qantas Business Rewards Card after they called and at the bottom of the emails, they stated their address is in: L30 Bonifacio One Technology, 3030 Rizal Drive Bonifacio Global City | Taguig City, 1634
So yeah... not gonna fall for that. I hope these people find an honest job one day so they could leave us alone.

Caller: Pretend American Express
The woman on the phone said she was from American Express calling about an American Express Business account. The person she called for was unavailable, I asked if she'd like to leave a message. She asked for the person's mobile and email so she could contact them that way. A bank would have those details of an existing customer - scam!
